Introduction

Welcome to STROL Door2Door!

STROL Door2Door is an online booking platform for same-day delivery services. It aims to seamlessly engage the participating users and drivers with the app, while attaining the goal to deliver joy from Door to Door. Through the mobile and web applications, STROL Door2Door eases the connection between the delivery partners and the people seeking delivery services for packages and documents.

Definition

In these Terms and Conditions, the words “you” or “your” refers collectively to both Users and Delivery Partners (including the participating Driver), whereas "we", "us" and "our" refer to STROL Door2Door. The word “Services” means the services provided by STROL Door2Door, in providing the STROL Door2Door website and applications. The word “Shipments” refers to mutually agreed deliveries of approved Shipments arranged between you, Users and Delivery Partners, under the STROL Door2Door website and app.

Before making a booking with STROL Door2Door, we encourage User and Participating Delivery Partner (including Driver) to read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they constitute a contractual agreement between STROL Door2Door and the User from the time the booking is made. The User and Delivery Partner (including Driver) who are involved in the booking, accept these conditions on behalf of all the people in the group and are responsible for all payments due. The acquiring of booking services offered by STROL Door2Door constitutes a contractual arrangement between the Users, Drivers, and STROL Door2Door, and represents the User’s and Delivery Partner’s acceptance of the STROL Door2Door Terms & Conditions and Scope & Limitation of Service set out herein.

Purchasing services

Customer can use the purchasing service if:

  • Item is below 20 kg and within 1x1.2x1.5 ft. (E-Bike vehicle)
  • Purchases are either goods or services

Total Delivery Fee for an order comprises the standard transport base fare and any additional charges. Standard transport fare includes the transportation of the shipment within the specific dimension and quantity to the recipient. Please refer to the latest pricing, dimension and quantity guidelines posted below. The guidelines may be updated at our sole discretion from time to time without prior notice.

Scope and Limitation of Services

  1. Users and Delivery Partners (including drivers) are allowed to install a copy of the Software on their mobile devices for use in the Philippines, provided that User shall not use the Software or Services for any illegal purposes;
  2. The “Services” we provide covers offering a booking delivery service platform via our Website and Applications, for you to post and distribute to Delivery partners the details of your delivery needs. As part of the Services, we also provide certain information in regards to the Drivers who accepted your posting, including the contact, location, transaction information and ratings. The Drivers have the sole authority to accept or reject your request;
  3. STROL Door2Door is not responsible for the behavior, negligence, conduct, actions or inactions on the part of the Delivery Partners that you may use via your posting on our Applications. Any contract for the provision of transport and logistics services, should be between you and the independent Delivery Partners, and not us. We shall never be a party to any agreement (to be) entered into between you and any Couriers. If you have any complaint in relation to the delivery services provided, then that dispute must be taken up with the Delivery Partners directly;
  4. STROL Door2Door shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages including lost profits, lost data, loss of and delivery items or delivery items (related to), in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  5. STROL Door2Door services may be used to request a delivery service with our Delivery Partners but as agreed, STROL Door2Door has no responsibility or liability to you related to any delivery services provided to you by Delivery Partners other than as expressly set forth in these terms.
  6. The STROL Door2Door App and the Services are strictly limited to movement of goods, documents and materials. Delivery partners and/or their drivers will not carry passengers as part of the Services.
  7. The STROL Door2Door App and the Services are strictly limited to Delivery Partners (and/or their drivers) using vehicles (i.e. e-bike).
  8. STROL Door2Door provides Services to facilitate the perfection and performance of the Contract between the User and the Participating Driver as follows:
    1. Computation of fees and charges for the accomplishment of an Order
    2. Publishing the details of an Order to eligible Participating Drivers for their acceptance
    3. Upon the acceptance by a Participating Driver of an Order, the transmission to the User of the details of the Participating Driver who has accepted the Order
  9. All information on the STROL Door2Door website and apps are subject to change and we reserve the right to correct any mistakes that may appear on the website.

Conditions for Acceptance of Transport / Delivery of Packages

We may refuse acceptance of transport of packages or delivery items if any of the following cases apply:

  1. Your request does not follow with our Terms and Conditions;
  2. You entered invalid address and other required fields that are recognizable by the STROL Door2Door system;
  3. The package(s) or item(s) is/are not suitable for transport through our services and/or our independent courier;
  4. The transport may violate laws and regulations; or is detrimental to public order, or injurious to public morals;
  5. The package or item are of the following: Explosives or other hazardous materials, or any similar packages that are likely to cause damage to other packages.

Payment

  1. Payment amounts displayed are in Peso currency.
  2. STROL Door2Door has the absolute right to revise the prices of any fees without giving prior notice.
  3. STROL Door2Door has the right to revise the prices of any credit packages or credit amount/limits where applicable without giving prior notice.
  4. Any application/request for service is subjected to availability of resources. In the event any application submitted is not processed, STROL Door2Door shall inform the User at the information specified by the User.
  5. E-Receipt is issued to the User when the Payment is successful.
  6. For the meantime, payments are made through cash and you can directly pay to the courier or participating driver directly.

Ratings

Users and Delivery Partners are allowed to rate each other. Every rating will be automatically logged onto STROL Door2Door’s system and we may analyze all ratings received. We may take all appropriate actions including suspending your use of the Service without any notice or compensation to you.

Complaints

  • Any complaints between Delivery Partners and Users must be taken up with each other directly. For the avoidance of doubt, such complaints include, but are not limited to, those involving: (a) defects, safety and/or imperfections of products or goods ordered or purchased by Users; (b) deceptive, inaccurate or insufficient labeling, packaging or information regarding the products or services sold or offered for sale by Third Party Providers, as applicable; (c) loss or damage to goods incurred during conveyance or transport, as applicable or unless otherwise provided; (d) delays in delivery, as applicable or unless otherwise provided; or (e) other liability under applicable consumer protection, commercial and criminal laws and/or administrative rules and regulations.

FORCE MAJEURE

  • STROL Door2Door cannot be held responsible for any disruptions due to bad or unusual weather conditions. Please take note that STROL Door2Door is not responsible for changes which arise as a result of events outside of STROL Door2Door control such as technical or maintenance problems with vehicles, changes imposed by cancellation of order by participating drivers or main delivery partners, war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity and its consequences, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, epidemics and pandemics.

User’s continued use of this website after any such changes constitutes his/her acceptance of such new terms. If Users or Delivery Partners do not agree to abide by these or any future terms, please do not access or otherwise use this website.
